Hypertrophy Interval Training
This is a two day Strength training program.
Free weights, Machines, Bands, TRX, and more. The purpose of this class is to build lean muscle, and strengthen the body in a safe way.
The variables of time, rep count, and order of movements will change every four weeks to keep things fresh, and keep the body guessing. This is the foundation of our training system.
Beat the board
It is you verse the board! There will be a series of movements on the board with rep counts for you to complete. Someone will be in the building to answer any questions, and give you a little push when needed.

The entire class is focused on booty and belly. You will love it!
XTX Yoga Fusion
This is THE class to get the full circle fitness experience. The class will start out with a yoga warm up & then bounce back and forth between Yoga & High Intensity Interval Training. You will generally stay in one place the entire class just like a typical Yoga class.
XTX Wolfpack
This class follows a pyramid structure that will allow you to push yourself. This is a single station class. The programming may change, but what will not change is the amount of work to be completed. We will provide you with the opportunity to excel in your fitness through the challenges we present you.
VO2 Blitz
This class will have one thing that will remain the same every week - It will have steady movement followed by an all out blitz designed to push you past your comfort zone. This is a heavy cardio based class. All fitness levels are welcome - go at your own pace. Equipment, free weights, and body movement are all on the table.
Strength + Conditioning
This class is unlike the other classes on the schedule- it will increase the adaptability of your nervous system to handle stressors. Create new neural wiring... which means learning new movements! Build strong joints, tendons, and muscular skeletal system. Think heavy weight, not a ton of reps, and rest periods are a must. Form will be a non-negotiable.
This IS NOT a beginner class.
Bootcamp
This class will have you moving around the gym floor from station to station. The stations will change as well as the movements to keep things fresh. Everything in our arsenal will be utilized to give you a fun & challenging fitness experience. Some would consider this class "The OG of Ruckhouse Athletics".
HERO
Endurance Training with creative twists.
The class is an hour & 45 minutes long. You can stay the entire time, or leave early.
Here anything goes. Come prepared to be tested. Format & programming is going to be up to the coach that day.
This workout will be in honor of a local military, police, fire, or Medical hero. You will complete this workout for what the honored has sacrificed for you.
