We believe that to be a great fitness facility we have to be more than just a place to workout. We host events exclusively for our members & we also host events open to everyone.

6 Times a year - DEKA STRONG, DEKA MILE, DEKA STRONG Ruck, DEKA MILE Ruck, DEKA Kids
2 Times a year - The Munera - This is a 3 hour test of mental strength that requires true grit.
1 Time a year - The Abominable Snowman - This is an outside obstacle/challenge based race that takes place in the snow.
1 - 4 Times a year - GO RUCKS
Members Only Events
Ruckhouse holiday party & Lip Sync Battle - This is our annual holiday party. The center piece of entertainment for the party is THE LIP SYNC BATTLE. Yes you read that correctly. This is a full production.
The Ruckhouse Games - This is a seriously NOT serious combination of yard games, fun challenges, and of course our one and only yard obstacle course. There is only one champion each year. That person will live forever on the RH Games Trophy.
